JLO is dating a Backup Dancer.Again!!!!!

Us Weekly has exclusively reported that the mother-of-two, is dating male dancer Casper Smart from Anaheim, California, who according to his Twitter is one the 'dope J-Lo dancers.'

The pair are said to have been quietly dating for weeks, after he was hired to work on her San Francisco show.

The 5ft8 choreographer has also danced for Beyonce, and even accompanied her Single Ladies montage on Glee.

He was also an alternate dancer for Michael Jackson's This Is It world tour
