Married for 7 years with 3 beautiful kids,this couple has survived all odds.Van Vicker,one of the most famous faces in Africa met his wife a Human Resource Manager, 16 years ago ,long before he became a star.They later got married in 1994 an have maintained an air of secrecy especially regarding their relationship.It is also said she was the one who set the wheel in motion by informing him about an AD for the post of a presenter way back in 1997.


With the fame  comes the rumours of infidelity,but he is quick to dispel those rumours and has said the secret to his marriage is
"Well, my wife trusts me. It is not about believing, it is about how true people want to make it seem that becomes a question.

And as un-believable as it might seem considering the hordes of beautiful women around him,he has been quoted to say
"Yes. I am a faithful husband"

You rarely hear negative stories regarding their marriage.Despite spending a lot time together,the actor admits he gives his family his undivided attention when they are together.
"I do all I can, and that is why I seem not to be very social because I spend every little time I have with my family. I either go out with my family or go out with my wife and spend quality time with them because I am not always there. People call me and say, Van, I don’t see you at occasions, what’s up? The longest time I spent with my family the whole of last year was 14 days… I mean at a stretch. Before that, 2 days, a day, 3 days, hours"


For an actor who does not drink or smoke,he has said the only occasion when he does that is when he wants  to get naughty or spice things up in the bedroom with his wife because love life at times get stale.
