The RELOADED crew has earned a reputation for putting out rich magazine content, with great journalism and edgy photography, so we’re looking forward to seeing what’s covered in Issue #003. From what we’ve learned, apart from the juicy cover story on Olamide that reveals the personal side of the rapper, the upcoming issue also includes a Diary of Terry G’s Europe Tour where Terry spills the beans on “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly” that happened while on tour, and an interview with DJ Spinall, who talks about the meticulous work that goes into preparing a DJ set – and why most DJs get it wrong.
Issue#003 also features an interview with Gideon Okeke, who speaks about the industry’s snobbiness and the rough times at the beginning of his career, as well as interviews with the director and cast of ‘Deadline’, the new Ebony Life TV Series. Other features include Wana Sambo, Gidi Culture Festival, One Mic Naija, Osahon Asemota of MTV Base and Top Tech Trends of 2014.
But that’s not all… Geek alert: RELOADED is about to introduce a pioneering technology called “Augmented Reality” that is going to turn the entire magazine interactive, which means you could be reading an article and thanks to a special smartphone/tablet app that you use to scan the page of the mag, you could watch a video right from the magazine or download a song or watch a movie trailer. Pretty cool. We’ll get more info on the app, and what RELOADED is using it for, over the next few days, so we’ll keep you posted.
