According to a report by Daily mail"it is being reported that Kris Humphries, 26 , wants the pre-nuptial contract voided on the grounds that the couple were never married.
And according to Radar Online, this is because it contains a confidentiality confidentiality clause that prohibits either one from discussing intimate details of the relationship to the media.
This, they contend, is why Humphries wants the marriage annulled on the grounds of 'fraud.'
Radar's report has a source maintaining that Kris just wants the truth to out, but Kim's stable at E! suggest he may have a more mercenary motive.
They quote family law expert Lisa Helfend Meyer, a senior partner at Meyer Olson & Lowry, as saying: 'If they were never married, then the prenup wouldn't be in effect and there would be no confidentiality.
