ELDEE gets snubbed

I have no regrets attending the Hiphop world awards 2011.I witnessed Sir Shina Peters rock the crowd,Tu face deny kaffy's pregnancy,MI set the hall ablaze,Jabless rock the ring(jorrr), Dr sid yell fuck ..you after his performance was cut short for technical reasons,Rita Dominic's nearly flat hosting attempt,and still got hot and steamy gist to last a week(grin).
Eldee did a good job as the host of this prestigious event,but the tables turned when the nominees for the most Conscious song were announced.This award was for the best positive message and social oriented song that meet judges requirement in areas of composition, production,concept and acceptability.it attracts a $10,000 prize.

The crowd started screaming Tuface(apparently they screamed Tuface ,even when the nominees for best female vocalist were announced...).Anyway,when Eldee was pronounced the winner,you could see the looks of disgust on most people.They felt that award was compromised coz he was the presenter.
No claps,just murmurs.Not even dedicating the award to his wife ,whom he showered praises on could salvage the situation as some one in the crowd screamed"MOCHEDDA".
He left the stage shaking his head in self pity.
I shed a single tear which fell on my vintage dress and 6 dollar heels(lol)
I think Eldee's song is a very conscious song content and message wise.But for crowd acceptability,Tubaba is the father.
Next time,they wont give me a press pass(crying)
