"Please, forgive me..I never planned on marrying more than one wife"-Solomon Akiyesi

You all remember Nollywood actor Solomon, who was disgraced by his wife Lilian during his secret church wedding  to his mistress, Uloma ? He has opened up on his side of the story..

Read Below...as published by Daily Sun
•I loved Ezinne, my first wife, but she was deceitful, greedy
• If I hadn’t left Lillian, my second wife, I would have committed suicide

• Uloma gives me true love, inner joy
On Saturday, April 13, Nigerians were shocked when the supposed wedding of Nollywood actor, Mr. Solomon Akiyesi, to Ms Uloma Agwu, turned into a major scandal in Lagos.

The ‘wedding’, which was taking place at the Overcomer’s World Outreach in Aguda, Surulere, was truncated when Solomon’s authentic wife, Lillian, stormed the church with some family members, creating a scene and accusing the groom-to-be of abandoning her at home in Port Harcourt while he was busy, plotting an illegal wedding in Lagos.

It took the intervention of policemen to restore sanity. The wedding was eventually cancelled by the General Overseer of the Overcomers Church World Outreach, Bishop N.E. Moses.

Since then, many Nigerians have taken to the social media, raining unprintable invectives on the Nollywood actor, who was said to have been married twice before his latest failed attempt. In a chat with Daily Sun, Solomon tells his own story, explaining why he decided to take the actions that he took, concerning his marital life. Excerpts: Over the last one week, hell has been let loose on me.

I’ve not only suffered verbal attacks, but also vituperations and near fisticuffs, all because of another futile attempt of mine at my journey towards achieving that which I honestly and passionately desire – a peaceful home and family. Social network sites and blogs have been awash with how I left Lilian, my “pregnant” wife, to marry Uloma, my Lagos “mistress” whom they also claimed was pregnant for me. Nothing can be farther from the truth.

Only a mad or cursed man would simply leave his pregnant wife and elope with another one. And lest I forget, I urge you, as you read this, to have an open mind to listen to that which is true instead of taking sides and jumping into wicked conclusions with its attendant wicked insults and uncouth commentaries about how Solomon is running his life and how he is not. I’m not asking for pity or trying to buy anybody’s love at this time.

This is my life. If at my age I don’t know what I want, then I may just remain the dumb ass that I’ve been called over and over again. I don’t think I need anyone to give me any lecturing on how I should exercise my privileges.

For the record, I never planned on marrying more than one wife. And unlike the serial husband I’ve been labelled, I had dreamt and planned a lovely home and family.

And my quest for this dates back to 2003 after I had moved into Port Harcourt. I soon settled down with Ezinne, my university days girlfriend, whom I ran into in Port Harcourt during her National Youth Service. As fate had it, we couldn’t help reliving old times and one thing led to another. One fateful, rainy Thursday evening in October, 2002, Ezinne came to inform me that she was pregnant.

It was as far as I was concerned, a devastating blow to the new life I was living; rap music, cars, money and women. So, I told her the pregnancy was unacceptable to me. Besides, I only just started working and needed stability. But months later, Ezinne was to inform me that she was carrying a baby girl.

And knowing my attachment to baby girls and not wanting to ever have a baby outside wedlock, I repented and changed my thuggish ways and asked her to marry me, more so that I was mature enough in every ramification. Or so I thought.

And so, sometime in April, 2003, I hired a hall and invited a pastor to come officiate at my marriage with Ezinne and bless our rings. All done, we went home and started as husband and wife. God, the creator, knew how glad I was and looked forward to a happy home. However, five days after that marriage, I called my new wife on my way from work to ask what was up for dinner and she told me she had been in the hospital.

I rushed to the hospital and was told by Ezinne that she lost the baby. I got her discharged and took her home. But I was completely broken at the loss of a baby I had expected so much. Four days later, I asked my wife if she actually saw the dead baby. She responded by saying the doctor brought it but she gave instruction for it to be buried because she could not behold the sight. Instinctively, I called the doctor – both to thank him and to confirm because he wasn’t around when I went to pick her home. After thanking the doctor, I asked of the sex of my dead baby.

The doctor didn’t talk for like six seconds. I asked him the same question again and he said he’s been restless in his spirit and that he could no longer keep the fact that there was no baby inside Ezinne and that nothing like miscarriage happened in his hospital. I challenged him again and asked if he was not the same person, who confirmed her pregnant and that Ezinne had been attending antenatal in his hospital.

He responded that he had not set his eyes on Ezinne since October of the previous year. Meanwhile, Ezinne had always taken money from me for antenatal and had even shopped for the baby! It then became clear to me that this was a fluke all together.

Sadly enough, Ezinne denied any wrongdoing. For three years, I exposed opportunities for Ezinne to simply tell me the truth but she never took advantage of any of the opportunities. Alas! She was not pregnant. I decided to investigate myself and took her for HSG where it was discovered that there were no fallopian tubes in her and that there was evidence of previous surgery of the uterus. I independently probed further and found out with evidence that Ezinne had a life-threatening abortion in 1992 that resulted in the rupture and subsequent removal of her womb and tubes.

My biggest pain was not what I found out but the fact that Ezinne hid all this from me all these years and was still being economical with the truth even when confronted with hard evidence! In frustration, I moved out of the house but not before taking her to her mum in search of the truth.

Even the mum corroborated what Ezinne gave as excuse for the scar that runs from her navel down to her pubic region, i.e. she was operated upon due to menstrual irregularities. I then decided to stay out for good. While I was out, my relationship with Lillian whom I had known years earlier grew.

I was always going to see her in Enugu. I then got me another apartment and Lillian came around quite often too. Gradually Lillian grew from that little girl I was merely helping in her schooling, into a mature, witty and intelligent young woman. So, having taken my people to Ezinne’s place for the dissolution of the marriage – since we did only traditional marriage – I proposed to Lillian.

And, in 2007, we proceeded to the registry for marriage. And that was the day her father started troubling me. He insisted Lillian was not supposed to go home with me. For two years, he cut communication with me. Shortly after the marriage, my businesses ran into a crises and my entire life nose-dived.

There was tremendous loss in my finances. In my travail, Lillian’s father went to the police and told them to deal seriously with me because I was an “irresponsible son-in-law”. When the challenges kept mounting and seeing my life was at risk after I was badly shot, I left town to sojourn elsewhere. In 2010, I gradually re-emerged and we started finding our footing again.

Even though I tried to settle down again, I found that the centre could no longer hold, as Lillian had metamorphosed into a nag and had acquired a fire tongue with which she talked me down and reigned curses on me at any little provocation. There was no week we didn’t have a major fight, whether I was home or not.

At some point, she became religious. And having found her way into Winners Chapel, she suggested to me one day that it was necessary we took our marriage to God since we hadn’t a proper wedding. She said her church pastors were willing to help in blessing our marriage so there could be a turnaround. To this, I obliged. She said she would love for us to wear wedding costumes for the purpose of photographs. To this I also consented. And so, to Winners Chapel we went and were blessed and certificated.

But it was as if that blessing was what someone was waiting for before they would blow the whistle that would usher me into the hall of pain. Lillian became insatiable.

You would see tiny ingredients of marriage only when I could ensure her comfort. Once Lillian’s comfort was compromised, she would lampoon me and tell me my life history in graphic details and lecture me on what Mr. A and B have done for their wives that I’m not able to do.

It’s even worse when I try to remind her of the recent past that I laboured tenaciously to keep her happy. Once she told me that there was nothing I had done in the past that anybody couldn’t have done. Imagine sacrificing all you’ve got, including almost your life, for someone who would tell you it’s no big deal and that any other person could have done what you did. And then, suddenly, she wanted me to quit my acting career or she would divorce me. My phones were always her best companions at night. If she was not reading my texts, she was in my facebook or BBM.

I had no peace. My best moment was whenever I had to leave home for work. And after work I never wanted to go back home. On a trip back home sometime ago, I was praying that my aircraft should crash and I die instead of going home. Even when I was driving home, I was under strong temptation to ram into oncoming vehicles instead of going home.

It was either that a long list of demand would be waiting for me or an equally longer list of questions about whom I had been online with and whom I had been calling and not calling.

Then on the side was a supposed father-in-law, who claimed he regretted the marriage because he wasn’t getting anything from it and that I only came to destroy the love that existed in their family before the marriage. So, my joy knew no bounds when Lillian told me last year that she was pregnant. For me, it was a good thing. Maybe the baby would take her attention away from me at last. Then the heat started again. I must provide N2 million for her to deliver her baby, even though she knows my income and its source. When her pressure got to a head and to avoid the same road I travelled with Ezinne, I took Lillian to a gynaecologist. A scan was run on her and the result was declared before the two of us that she was not pregnant.

This was after she told me that she had done an independent scan and that she was carrying triplets! Even with the medical confirmation, Lillian never stopped her push for N2 million and money for baby shopping. I ended up suffering a partial stroke in January. Yet she would wake me up at 2am to ask me of my plans to raise N2 million for her, even while I was bedridden with stroke.

I knew then that I was going to die in that marriage and had to do something about it. Ladies and gentlemen, this is about my life. If what greeted the Internet and press was that I died, trying to please Lillian and my marriage, people would still insult me and ask why I didn’t take a walk. And taking a walk I tried to do but I did not do it right.

I tried to skip due process to avoid hurting anyone. More so, I did not have the political and emotional will to ask for divorce. Pray, people, divorce is not like going to a grocery store where you go to pay your money and come back with a bag full. What would have been my ground for divorce? I should also confess that I could not find an answer to what would happen to Lillian if I asked her to go because I was more than a husband to her.

So, I foot-dragged to the point of taking the easy way out. And the easy way is not usually the best way as I found out on Saturday, April 13.

Uloma did not just jump into the picture to “snatch” Solomon from Lillian. Uloma has been my friend since 2006. We met again in 2009 at the peak of my business crisis and have been seeing each other afterwards. Candidly, I was swept away by the love, understanding and the peaceful disposition Uloma proffered even as a friend, far from the opposites I was getting back home. The way Uloma treated me was the exact desires any man longed for in a wife. So, I was always running to her whenever Lillian lit her fires.

So, I asked myself why I couldn’t marry her. Far from the evil rumour that I wanted to marry Uloma because of her money, I wanted to marry Uloma to fill a vacuum in her life and make her happy and fulfilled because this woman with a heart of gold who has impacted many lives deserved to be happy.

If that was what I could ever do to plant some comfort in her life. If there was going to be any immediate gain for me, it would have been peace of mind and its attendant long life, not her money or any physical or material gains. I’m not a lazy man.

Apart from being an actor, I have been in business for almost fifteen years. Years back, when I poured millions of naira on exotic cars and a posh house in Port Harcourt, Uloma was a seventy thousand naira recovery staff in Sterling Bank. Today, even if Uloma gave me all her salary from where she presently works, it won’t be enough to put Internet credit in my tablets and phones. Someone even posted that I said I would have ‘hammered’ if I had married Uloma.

What could I possibly gain? Uloma wasn’t frustrated to the point of desperation to pay a man to marry her. There was no award for anyone who married her. She does not own an estate or anything willed to her by anyone that I was running after. Uloma is not the daughter of any rich man or top politician. She’s as much a hustler as I am.

Ok, yes, sincerely, maybe I actually would have ‘hammered’ long life, happiness, inner joy, a sense of being loved and long life. I also would have ‘hammered’ having her sisters as my sisters because they love me like their own brother – a far cry from what my own people give me.

If I had married Uloma, I know I would have had a good burial whenever I died because I’ve always been scared that at my level of loneliness, whenever I die, my corpse would probably have decomposed before my people would find me. I beg to be loved and appreciated. Nobody to call my own.

No one ever cared about me. I have always been alone and hardworking too. From way back, my joys, my sorrows I have always swallowed alone. But Uloma was the only person who truly listened to my heart and understood where I was coming from. So to say any of my failed marriages was for money is simply stupid and unreasonable. The first car Ezinne ever drove and financing for her first attempt at business all came from me.

Lillian was not born with a silver spoon. Her father is only a retired naval officer and the last time I checked he had no wealth ascribed to his name. On her 18th birthday, I bought Lillian an exotic Corolla car. At 300 level in school, I gave her a Mercedes Benz.

Then she graduated with an LS400 Lexus. This is apart from a lush apartment and school bills that God used me to help her take care of. So, who amongst these would I have married for money? Uloma stood out because she’s shared my pain even when it was because of me and that explains why it was a difficult task telling her Lillian was still in my tracks.

I couldn’t have deliberately gone out of my way to hurt Uloma, because that will be simply committing suicide. Hurting Uloma is like waging war against a nation. Is it her legion of admirers I will have to contend with or her nation of die-hard lovers who will be tumbling over each other to get a pound of flesh?

I wouldn’t give hurt for the love and hope Uloma and her family gave me. Unfortunately the same scandals I thought I was preventing by not doing what everyone is saying I would have done is now the same thing staring me in the face, and everyone is worse hurt.

And above all, my own life is now seriously at risk because I feared hurting anyone. I ask all concerned to please sheathe their swords of anger and find it in their hearts to forgive me. I will make restitution as much as the mercy of God permits me. It’s never too late to begin again as far as God keeps us all alive.

I’m a man on a mission for a peaceful marriage, a good home and family life. I guess my desperation took good reasoning off me. Again, I am humbly and truly sorry. I thank my friends who have stood by me through this trial. Your comforting words are like lights on my dark path.

And for the judgmental few, I urge you; work with the truth while the Almighty fixes that which went wrong in my life.

Homosexual stabs partner to death over desicion to get married

The Lagos State Police Command has started investigation into the murder of a banker, Adindu Ohamara, who was stabbed to death by his suspected homosexual lover in Akoka, Bariga Local Council Development Area  of Lagos State.

It was gathered that Ohamara lived in a three-bedroom flat with his elder sister, Flora and one Collins, an undergraduate of the University of Lagos.According to residents, the banker  was stabbed repeatedly at his residence located at 26 Obayan Street.

PUNCH Metro learnt that Ohamara, who was believed to be a homosexual, was fond of bringing different men, who were also believed to be into same sex relationship, to his home.

It was learnt that trouble started  when he (Ohamara) decided to get married due to pressure from his family.

A resident, who craved anonymity, said after the banker  had his wedding introduction, a man, believed to be  also  a gay came to fight him.

He said, “A few weeks ago, Ohamara did his wedding introduction and shortly after that, one man came to the compound to fight him. There was a lot of noise over the issue and even neighbours had to come to settle the matter.

“The unidentified man complained that he had been jilted and threatened to deal with Ohamara before he left in anger.”

Our correspondent learnt that on April 9, 2013,  the banker returned home with a  man, who   allegedly stabbed  him at midnight  and left.

According to police sources, hours before the incident, Collins went to Oharama’s room where he met the stranger sitting on Oharama’s bed, discussing with him.

A domestic worker in  the house, who craved anonymity, said he saw the suspect fleeing with a laptop at midnight.

He said, “It was a Friday evening. Ohamara came home with the man and they went inside. I went to sleep but at midnight, I saw the man carrying a laptop and then he opened the gate and left. He did not run so I was not suspicious.

“Around 4am, Collins and Flora started shouting for help. A neighbour came to help them and they took him  into his Toyota Camry   and drove to a hospital.”

It was learnt that Ohamara was taken to Jonken Hospital from where he was referred to the Lagos University Teaching Hospital Idi Araba where he was confirmed dead.

The matter, it was learnt, was reported at the  Sabo Police Division but was later referred to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Yaba.

Our correspondent, who visited the house on Monday, learnt that the police later arrested all the adult occupants of the building, including the security guard identified only as Kazeem.

The policemen allegedly demanded N350,000 from each of the detained persons before they could be  released.

The landlord of the property, Yemi Oketola, said the deceased had issued him two post-dated cheques as payment for his rent.

Oketola  on  hearing of the arrest  of his other tenants,  visited the SCID and appealed to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Damilola Adegbuyi, for their   release.

He said, “I do not live in the house but immediately I got wind of the incident, I went to the SCID and I met with the DCP in charge. I complained that a neighbour, who took Ohamara to the hospital  ,was  arrested. The DCP promised that my tenants would be released.

“When I went to see the Investigating Police Officer, he informed me that the cost of bailing each person was N350, 000. I called the DCP and he was very angry when he heard about the demand. He said he would make sure that the tenants were released.”

When contacted on the telephone, the spokesperson for the state police command, Ngozi Braide, confirmed the murder.Braide however said she could not confirm if the deceased was a homosexual or not.

She said, “According to information I got at the SCID Homicide unit, there are only two suspects in custody, the deceased’s sister (Flora) and the UNILAG student (Collins). I am not aware of any other arrests.

“Also, I am not aware of any N350, 000 bail because bail is free. Investigations are ongoing and we will get to the bottom of it.”

Customs officer, wife, five kids, cousin missing for 22 days

If Lagos-based Customs officer, Mr. James Gadzama Pallam had known, he would have thought of another way to honour his brother, Emmanuel, whose wedding he attended in Maiduguri, Borno State on April 7, 2013 with seven members of his family.

Mr. Pallam, an Inspector, had travelled from Madagali in Adamawa State, for the wedding and till today, the family of eight are still missing. He and his wife had phoned the extended family to tell them about the success of the ceremony and that they would be coming back on April 8, not knowing that there was an imminent danger.

The eight people, his wife, five children including a toddler and cousin, that had bade Emmanuel bye after the wedding, are nowhere to be found. They have been abducted by gunmen, without ransom placed on any of them nor the entire family. The family which left Maiduguri on that fateful Sunday, are missing without a trace. Daily Sun learnt that gunmen in a Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) and said to be in police uniforms, intercepted the family around Firgi, a boundary town between Borno and Adamawa states.

Recalling moments before the incident, the extended family said Pallam and his wife had been on phone with them. “But within seconds, the couple lost contact with us, courtesy of the men in police uniforms, who ordered them to stop, but alas!, they were abductors.” According to the newly-wedded Emmanuel, “at a time, the family was told that Pallam and the rest were seen in Damboa, Borno State. We went there, but it was a hoax.”

A relation of Pallam, and former Deputy Speaker of Adamawa State Assembly, Hon.Emmanuel Tsamdu, said the incident had been reported at a police station in Borno State. Pallam, a native of Pallem in Madagali Local Government Area of Adamawa State, was reportedly abducted along with his cousin, Francis, a part four student of Moddibo Adama University of Technology, MAUTECH, Yola (Department of Civil Engineering). Confirming the abduction to Daily Sun, the Chairman of Madagali Local Government Area, Abaw Wathlarda, an engineer, said Pallam was abducted with his family while returning in his personal car from Maiduguri after the wedding of his younger brother,en route Madagali when unknown gunmen in a Mitsubishi SUV forcefully intercepted his car and pulled the family out of the vehicle.

According to him, the family was abducted at Firgi village,Yola, a boundary town. The council has mobilized people and family members, but t there was no trace of the victims. Pallam hailed from Pallem, near Mildlu, the country home of the Deputy Governor of Adamawa State, James Bala Ngilari, who lost two of his aides in a recent attack on the village that claimed 11 lives. The two aides were killed at a time when Pallam and his family were abducted at Firgi.

Blogger's Diary-My encounter with the Highway robbers

(Thank you all for your patience..and also all of you my esteemed friends who keep sending me mails, comments etc to make my Blogger's Diary more frequent..I appreciate and value your opinion...As you know,my articles are born out of real life experiences..So, keep praying, funny things continue to happen to me..lol)

This is REAL...
The robbers had guns pointed at the heads of my friend and her family members. They had been travelling to the east before they encountered daredevils in what seemed to be the middle of nowhere…...
The leader signaled at his cohorts to stop.”Do you remember me”? He growled at her father.”No, No, I don’t know you” .Her father stammered as he peed on his pants.”Look well oga. You no remember me”? Obviously feeling it was a trap, the dad vehemently denied.
“As you no remember me, say your last prayer” The robber said, pointing a gun to his head. My friend and her siblings screamed” We remember you oh, daddy remember him now’

Her dad sensing that was the end looked at him straight in the eye” Yes, I remember you”
Bringing the gun down, the robber said” Thank you” and ordered them to drive off to the amazement of his children.
He would later tell them, he once saved this boy years ago from being lynched for petty theft in Enugu. It might have been a bad move considering the guy metamorphosed into a full blown armed robber, but that one act, saved his life and that of his kids.

This was two weeks ago, but it catapulted my mind way back in time and seemed like a sequel to my own experience two years ago. While her father enjoyed the goodwill he garnered years earlier, my experience seemed abrupt, like a thriller with a defined beginning and an unpredictable end.

An experience which still sends shivers down my spine, the exact way I felt on that rainy night sometime in 2011.
Still mourning the death of my beloved dad, I had travelled thousands of miles by sea from Cameroon to Calabar , and the next step of my journey was boarding a bus to Lagos, my final destination.
So, my joy knew no bounds when I found a luxurious bus headed for Lagos. Paying the 4,000naira requested , I gratefully slumped on my seat besides an elderly woman engrossed in her bible.
Demonstrating the sign of the cross, I dozed off . I must have been sleeping for 5 hours when a loud argument woke me up.
Four unkempt looking men and a lady all between 25 -30 were the source of the confusion. Apparently, the greedy driver decided to pick up passengers along the way as long as they didn’t mind   perching besides the luggage’s placed on the floor.
So, the original passengers erupted in a protest which of course fell on deaf ears as the   driver shut his compartment and continued the journey.
Left with these unfortunate new passengers, the protests became even more intense as all attempts by them to settle down failed.
No, no stand near me abeg, a middle aged woman yelled when they stood close to her."
“Gosh,If I didn’t miss my flight to Lagos,I won’t be in this shit”, A lady uttered with the most fake British accent I’d ever heard.
I watched helplessly as these people were tossed up and down, so I signaled at the eldest that it was ok to stand besides my seat. The horrid stares I received were enough to make me recoil but I shrugged it off and kept a straight face. My seat mate suddenly yelled, “let them not stand beside me. If you want to be a good Samaritan, give them money to board another bus..They can’t pay one thousand naira and inconvenience those who paid 3,500"she ranted.
At this point in time, I took a second look at what she was reading; just to be sure it was really a Bible. Indeed it was.
So, the journey continued with some occasional outbursts and sniffs and of course loud snores emanating from the now calm and sleeping elderly woman beside me.
When we got to Benin, we alighted from the bus to eat and I noticed these 5 passengers looking jittery. There was something discomforting about them and the way they were hurdled together. I mistook it for the fact that they didn't have money to buy snacks.
Purchasing a few loafs of Bread and bottles of coke, I walked up stealthily behind them and tapped the elderly one. The way he flinched made me recoil in fear.”I just want to give you this” I said handing him the bag. I could see the shock on their faces. He reluctantly took it from me and mumbled a “Thank you”. For the first time, our eyes locked and though dark, I noticed there was something out of place with their looks. It looks like they intentionally made themselves look haggard. Briefly wondering why, I went back to the bus and took my seat.
When the bus was about to takeoff, I noticed they weren't on board so I called the attention of the driver who grudgingly decided to get down and look for them while the passengers rained more abuses on him for the inconvenience.
“Oga,you no know say theif dey road abi?Make we comot for here abeg” One man yelled.
After a few minutes, the driver came on board, shut the door and took off. He didn’t offer any explanation as to their whereabouts and no one asked. Obviously, no one cared.
We got to Lagos early that morning and the driver pulled me aside.”You are a nice girl, and that saved you and all those people wey dey run their mouth.”.Excuse me, I don’t understand” I retorted. But he just walked away leaving me more confused. My attempts at giving it a thought were overtaken by the loud , over-powering Lagos noise

Fast forward to 2013, I would later watch the news and see that 5 man gang arrested for their incessant robberies on the Benin expressway. The driver was the 6th person .
Then all the dots connected. They were highway robbers working in conjunction with the bus driver. That explained their unkempt look and nervousness.
Then i wondered about what the driver said back then. Was it the anger and shouting of the passengers? Was it my kind gesture? Was it the woman with the bible? Was it holy ghost fire speaking through her? I refused to believe it was my nice gesture towards them which saved our lives, though that was what the driver suggested. Whatever it was, one thing is for sure "A little niceness doesn't hurt.

S/O to my one and only friend with a B....eautiful heart... who helped me piece this together to what it is now...

Revealed- How Daniel Ademinokan grew tired of Doris Simeon & fell for Stella Damascus

Since news filtered about Daniel Ademinokan and Stella Damascus alleged marriage. There have been alot of speculations regarding the real reason he split up with his wife Doris. Many have fingered Stella Damascus as the cause of their split.
However, someone who apparently knows the couple down to their private struggles has revealed a lot of interesting facts about their marriage. One interesting fact was that,Doris started acting like  a "MAMA" at home, wasn't sexy , she opened a business and didn't tell him about it etc

Revelation below
I have stood by in the last couple of days to see this drama about Stella Damasus and Daniel Ademinokan unfold. I have read countless blogs, reviews and comments from all over the world and I have come to the conclusion that people have no clue what they are talking about.
I LIVED WITH DANIEL AND DORIS FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS SO I CAN TELL YOU FACTS! Not hear say or assumptions. I will even mention names that can be verified.

Let us not be distracted by this stunt that uncle Daniel just pulled with the party and the gift. Let us focus on the root of this matter. When we know the foundation, we will know how to direct our anger and "insults".
I lived with Daniel & Doris because my sister was close friends with aunty Doris and at that time I needed accommodation in Lagos because my parents were based in the south south part of Nigeria. I lived with them when they were still on Salami Street in Mende, Maryland, Lagos and even when they moved to their Idowu Akindele Crescent residence in Magodo GRA, Lagos.Daniel was a good man and the perfect husband to Doris and he made her feel special in every way. He always spoke to her nicely and was quick to defend her in many ways.

He supported her career and was determined to make Doris rise to the top above her colleagues. He used to say that a lot and felt she deserved to be at the top. He would always say, "Dem Toyin, Funke, Dayo and co no fine pass you. Dem nor act pass you. I have to position you at the top". He did everything in his power to put her her there. Daniel cannot come and boast to people, especially me that he single handedly financed all of Doris' films. HE CAN'T. He was responsible for getting the finances but it was not HIS money entirely that did films like ONITEMI and OMO IYA KAN. The marketer named EPSALUM financed these films. I know that Daniel may have added about 10%-20% of his cash at some point but it was almost insignificant. The only film he did with his money for her 100% was the film ASIRI. So if he ever claims he did those films for her....quote me or ask EPSALUM.

Doris was a good wife in her own right. She supported her husband's passion to change the industry. She encouraged him into making Yoruba films which he really didn't want to get into. She enjoyed the fact that out of most of her colleagues, she was the one that had a STEADY home with a young and successful guy...ambitious man too. She was the minister of finance. That's what Daniel used to call her in the house because he always gave her all the money to handle. He would bring money home an hand it ALL over to her because she was efficient in money management, unlike him who was a free giver and really had no respect or regard for money! Whether he had enough or not, he never did care so much about cash. NEVER!

For the 4 years that I lived with them, not for ONE day did I ever hear them raise their voices at each other in arguments or quarrels. You would see them come out of their bedroom sometimes with weird expressions and we would all know they just fought but you would NEVER hear Daniel raise his voice. NEVER!

One thing that the world never know was how much both families NEVER wanted them to get married. Doris' parents didn't like Daniel and Daniel's mother (in particular) never liked Doris. She was against the relationship from the beginning. She is known to be a heavy prayer warrior and she said God was against the marriage from scratch but Daniel never listened to his mother.

Now, the HORRIBLE thing about Daniel is his stubbornness and hard headed nature. He never listens to people and if he believes in something, it would take a manifestation of the 10 plagues in Egypt to change his mind. He is an extremely stubborn and very determined person. Which was one thing I hated about him. Yes he is nice, loving to his family and friends but do not think for a minute that you can convince him easily to change his mind when he has already formed an opinion or decided on what he wants to do.

He went on with the marriage. His family believed that Doris trapped him with the baby but that is a big lie. I have always disagreed with his mother on that note: I respect the woman but Doris DID NOT trap Daniel with a baby. They were already living together for 3 years before David was born. So the woman should get her facts straight. Her son (I believe) wanted the child as much as Doris did.

I think along the line Uncle Daniel started to realize that in many ways he and Aunty Doris were different. Much different than he had thought. I believe Doris started to relax on several things because she felt she had her husband and he was going nowhere. He was always very expressive about his love, she was the opposite. He would run around the house and want to play love games with her but she thought that was a waste of time and energy. I personally experienced that with them on several occasions. I guess Doris was more concerned about how people perceived the relationship on the outside and not how sweet it really was on the inside. She always wanted pictures of them out there. Daniel was more concerned about making his marrige very "Oyinbo-ish" because that's who he has always been.

At some point I started to feel that Daniel started getting tired of her excuses about being expressive with her feelings even in the house. I think it suddenly dawned on him that they were from two different worlds. Their command of English was too far apart, their ideologies were different, approach to situations, educational background, family, upbringing, etc. I believe she just stopped being his wife and turned herself into a MAMA in the house. I remember him buying her all sorts of short clothes and sexy outfits from the US. I thought they were too daring but he didn't mind.

The marriage meltdown goes as far back as 2009. I know that I heard them talking in hush tones a few times about how sex was a problem in the marriage. I know for a fact that Daniel used to joke about it around the house but you could see he was serious in those jokes. He was always clowning about how he had to fill forms like an embassy to have sex with his wife. I know at some point it was so bad that for almost 6 months they didn't do anything. One thing I can tell you for a fact is that in the course of their marriage, Daniel never cheated on Doris. This was a known fact and EVERYONE knew how crazy he was about his wife but really....is lack of sex enough to ruin a marriage?

Some people Daniel confided in where his bosom friend ALEX EFFIONG who was there when Daniel and Doris hooked up originally. I know I overheard Daniel and Alex talking about it in the editing studio at the BQ in Magodo. Two other people I know for a fact that Daniel confided in when he was in America where his friends BUKKY EBUN of Nollywood View and 'LAMIDE DAVIES TALABI. You can ask them because they are on Facebook. These two people will tell you the whole story and how they tried to step in to advice. Even Bukky came to the house in Magodo at some point when she visited Nigeria. She came with KAHA the singer. That's how I found out. He was desperate to save his marriage that's why he took drastic steps to talk to people.

I blame Doris in some ways because she just relaxed, trusted that everything was OK and that her marriage was going to last forever. In marriage, you gotta keep working to make it good.

What annoyed Daniel the most was when he found out his wife had a shop that he didn't even know about. He found out from outsiders and when he confronted her, she said she was trying to surprise him. That really pissed him off! He was enraged! This was when he grabbed his son and left! Daniel was a very, very patient man but I hate the way he did it. He just left!

While everyone was celebrating the happy lives these people shared, the marriage was already over!! They were just patching things up! They kept holding on because of "What people would say".
Doris also messed up in certain ways because she could not fight to keep her man. She was too comfortable and never imagined that Daniel would get frustrated and leave. Not in this lifetime. I could see it in his eyes everyday that he was just tired of struggling to make it all work.

Look for people like ALIU SHORINMADE who was his personal assistant for 5 years. These were the people who knew Daniel very well and how he avoided women like a plague. Let them tell you facts. Let them tell you truths. Stella Damasus did not break up Doris Simeon's home. That home was scattered long before Stella came into the picture. I believe Daniel got the attention that he craved so much at home in someone he considered a friend and sparks flew.

When i read that Daniel moved to Abuja and was being taken care of by a woman, I laughed because the people saying this have no idea who Daniel is. He is so arrogant in certain ways that he would rather die of hunger than take a dime from any woman. HE IS THAT KIND OF MAN! He will be too embarrassed to take a dime from any woman. The dude is a workaholic....I give that to him. Films, Fashion, Documentaries, Writing, Photography, Music, Publishing, Visual Effects, name it! He is a master at them all.
There is so much I know and if all these names I mentioned here deny anything...they are lying! I can open a big can of worms!
Look for ALIU and ask him to tell you about the girl BLESSING that DORIS brought into their house that stayed for almost 3 years. Daniel sent her away from the house over 4 times and Doris kept bringing her back. Why? Nobody knows! Can never be explained! He NEVER WANTED THE GIRL IN THE HOUSE but she kept bringing her back. We know that at some point Daniel discovered that this girl was sexually abusing Daniel's son DAVID! WHAT DID DORIS DO ABOUT IT???

If all the parties involved think I am lying, let them confront me! Let them deny it! Daniel cannot deny it! Doris cannot Deny it! Aliu cannot deny it! They know the truth!! There is a girl called SUNMISOLA that used to visit the house some weekends then. She was close to Doris...find out and ASK HER TOO!
All I can say is that Daniel and Doris deceived EVERYONE for a long time about how good the marriage was even when everything was BITTER and SOUR! So those hating on Stella are really wasting their time because STELLA DAMASUS DID NOT RUIN DORIS' MARRIAGE. Daniel and Doris know what scattered them that led to their divorce in 2011. If any of them claim I'm lying, let them challenge me.
I am ... JMK.

Keturah Hamilton talks about the Reality Show
Jim Iyke Unscripted

New York, NY April 29, 2013 – Keturah Hamilton, Model, Actress, and Ex-Fiancée of Jim Iyke is ready to tell the real story after the Jim Iyke Unscripted show that was aired on April 17, 2013.

In a world where reality shows are an “In-thing” and bad behavior becomes the A.M. topic to cover, leave it to Jim Iyke Unscripted or better said the “_Scripted_” show to deliver real life drama. The episode that aired on April 17, 2013, did not disappoint the viewers who were glued to their TV’s watching Keturah Hamilton’s role that was none the less excellent! She was really able to bring her character to the next level of entertainment.

Keturah Hamilton had acted out an edgy script of jealousy and rage towards Jim Iyke, that was delivered as well as any actress in Hollywood. Keturah was so good that even her fans were astonished to see how well she acted and was able to challenge Jim on his bad behavior. Boldly, Jim gave Keturah the opportunity to exit the reality show based on the controversial episode. Even though a pre-recorded version of “Kiss and Make-up” was on stand-by to be aired, Keturah already had made her decision.

For the time being, Jim Iyke and Keturah Hamilton are no longer together because in reality, Jim’s bad boy behavior was just too overwhelming for the reality star. Keturah has decided to move on to the bigger and better things that her heart has long been looking to do. She quotes, “I wish Jim well on his show and hope that he matures into the man I always wanted him to be!”

Keturah is currently in a new, reality-based show called “Diamonds in the Rough”. We will see more of Keturah Hamilton on the big screen and on other future projects on the works because as they say, “It’s not over until the fat lady sings!

The real reason Empress Njama isn't married

As one who is brilliant, beautiful and curvy, why are you still single?
I’m gonna say this alright; I don’t care how people take it, the days when marriages were sweet and all beautiful are no more. If you listen to how your parents got married and how those days it was sweet, it’s not like that anymore. I’ve escorted a lot of people into marriages, I won’t say I’ve escorted them out but I’ve witnessed them come out of it.

So psychologically it’s not good for people and then being what we are, a lot of people think because she’s this, because she has that I don’t think I will be able to handle them. A lot of people can’t stand an industrious woman especially if she’s doing well. It’s the mentality of the people. If a man looks at me, I’m a car freak alright. I have five cars and I’m not doing it because I’m trying to show off, a lot of people don’t even know that they are my cars.

But I’m trying to be honest with you and I’m always trying to say it the way it is, not minding whatever. If a man comes and says because of blablabla, he cannot handle me, then he shouldn’t bother. Every woman’s dream is to get married but it’s not just to get married but to get married to your friend. I want to marry my friend.
And have you met your friend?
I’m yet to meet my friend. If I meet my friend and I know that he is my friend, I don’t think that question should actually pop up because what am I doing if I’ve met my friend? If I’ve met my friend I will get married. And then, I’m this type of person that even if I meet my friend; I don’t want to have a fairy tale wedding.

Oh Boy! See the kind of training the US Navy Seals pass through

This photo shows one out of the several rigorous training the United States'Navy SEALS pass through. They are submerged under water with their hands tied behind their back and they have to pick up the masks with their teeth and swim out....

They are an exclusive band of about 2,400 special operators famously responsible for the 2011 midnight raid that led to the capture of Osama bin Laden.

This is a small compared to what our own Police forces go through...

Police arrest cow, chairs, as 13yr old boy dies in Ota carnival violence

There was tension at the Oruba quarters in Ota, Ogun State, Saturday morning, as a 13-year-old-boy was stabbed to death during a carnival which turned violent.
Several people, including old women and men have been arrested by the Sango Ota divisional police station in connection with the incident.
There was, however, a mild drama as policemen also arrested the cow and chairs  bought for the carnival.
An eyewitness, who pleaded anonymity, said that the problem started on Friday night when Oruba youths organised a pre-carnival before the Saturday event.

Trouble started when a  street urchin in the area, accused a 13-year-old boy of stepping on his feet.
The deceased, identified  as Azeez, had hardly said a word when the urchin allegedly broke a bottle, stabbed him in the neck and ran away.
The incident brought a temporary halt to the carnival as the reveller tried to assist the injured boy who died on a bike on the way to the hospital.
Sunday Tribune gathered that the boy, who, last week, lost his younger brother, would have survived the injury but for the pieces of broken bottle that were lodged in his neck.
Policemen on Saturday morning invaded the carnival venue and arrested scores of people, including youths, women and others.
The policemen, however, created a scene when they untied the cow meant  for the carnival and took it to Sango police station, as well as plastic chairs rented for the event.
A source at Sango police station confirmed the incident and added that “some” people had been arrested in connection with the incident.
The police source, however, denied that the cow was arrested, but admitted that it was taken away from Oruba in a patrol van  to prevent further clash between youths in the area.
Efforts to get the reaction of the state police image maker , Muyiwa Adejobi, were futile as text messages sent to him were not answered just as calls  were not returned.

"Ronaldo had sex with me for hours" Miss Bum Bum Brazil

These days, when stars cheat, the ladies they cheat with are the first to spill the beans. They do this to gain popularity, or get back at him for dumping them. This is the case with Superstar footballer Cristiano Ronaldo who has been accused of cheating on his girlfriend with a Brazilian model who won the title 'Miss BumBum' Brazil.

Andressa Urach said the Real Madrid striker, 28, slept with her in a hotel just 48 hours before a key Champions League semi final which his team lost 4-1 to German side Borussia Dortmund.
The 27-year-old said: 'I have always thought Cristiano is one of the most gorgeous men in the world, so I couldn't believe it when he got in touch with me.

'He said he was very excited by my pictures online and one of the first things he asked me was if I really was a Miss Butt Brazil model.'
She told The Sun it happened a day after the £80million former Manchester United forward was pictured leaving a restaurant in Madrid with his girlfriend Irina Shayk.
Speaking about their tryst, she said: 'It was incredible, his body's perfect, like a Greek god. He went on for hours and would not stop talking about my butt.'
Miss Urach claimed Ronaldo told her he had dreamt about her behind and called her his 'little horse' before asking her to come to Madrid and meet up.
Miss Urach told how the pair linked up at the city's £12,500-a-night Villa Magna hotel after she took a taxi there and waited for him in the lobby.

A celebrity relationship lasts only if --"Iyanya

In an Interview published by PM news, Iyanya had a few things to say about his relationship status..

What is the relationship between you, Yvonne and Tonto now?
Yvonne is my hommie, we are cool people even till now. Tonto is my padi, we are cool.
Who is the lady in Iyanya’s life?

Nobody. It’s not like there can’t be anybody but my job would not allow it. It’s hard to find someone that will be with you and actually take the pain, stand the rain. I feel like anyone I’ve tried to have a relationship with always says “no, I can’t”.

Can you date a celebrity?
I can date anybody but the thing about dating celebs is that it would most likely not last. The only way it may last is if they are not successful. But if they are both successful, when people see them together, they would focus on them. That alone has an effect on the relationship because they won’t be free.

Jay Z and Beyonce, Angelina Jolie & Bradpitt, Annie & 2face are celebs and they are lasting....

Ini Edo's marriage in trouble?

According to Global News magazine;

In a typical African society like ours, there are certain norms and behaviour expected of married women, and there are those looked upon as taboos especially when the women are not in company of their husbands. It is therefore surprising that more than three years after she tied the knot, Ini Edo Ehiagwina is still of the belief that she is still that explosive single lady.

These days, Ini Edo has been caught behaving more irresponsibly than when she was still a spinster. The plump dark-skinned actress who got married to Philip Ehiagwina, a US-based Nigerian divorcee has not come to terms three years into her marriage that she’s actually married, as she has at several times be sighted very odd hours at clubs in drunken state.

The Calabar-born actress had reduced her club life to the barest minimum immediately she got married, but her recent appearance at clubs is raising suspicions that all may not be too well with her marriage. She was sighted at Club 10, Victoria Island in Lagos on the March 28, around 1a.m. and the state she was found in was not befitting a married woman. Sporting a black mini gown with white collar, Ini Edo arrived at the club dead drunk; she was in such a drunken state that she could not stand upright and could only stagger to her seat.

Those around could not help but comment that the Nollywood actress might have just rediscovered her appetite for booze as she would not leave until she had soaked herself in alcohol. They were wondering aloud as to the reason she decided to plunge herself back into a habit she worked so hard to get out of initially. It is not new that Ini Edo was a club and booze freak while she was single, but in her bid to launch herself into the married class, she had put a stop to the kind of life she was known for as a spinster and the return to the lifestyle may mean the rumour that all is not well with the marriage may after all not be unfounded.

Philip her husband who is based in the United States of America, has of late not been regular in the country and this may be adding strain to the union, with Ini Edo knowing fully well her husband’s prowess with women, a reason she had fought many ladies before and after their wedding to stay off her man. It is no secret how she was able to win the man from his first marriage to Ruth Okoro, how she had to fight a female journalist she thought was getting too close to the man before the marriage and how she warned several of her Nollywood friends to stay off her man after the marriage proper. And his continuous stay in America may have forced so many thoughts into her mind, which could be the reason she’s back to her reckless self.

It was even alleged that her inability to conceive after three years of marriage may also be mounting pressure on her relationship as it is suspected that the husband’s family has started raising eyebrows. Ini Edo and Philip tied the nuptial knots in 2009 in the United States of America after their traditional marriage in 2008. Her failure to have an issue was initially said to be due to Ini Edo’s work and the husband residing abroad but three years down the line, tongues have started wagging and this may be having its own effect on the actress.

Jim Iyke breaks silence on relationship with Nadia Buari

Recently, speculations have been rife that Jim Iyke might be secretly dating Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari. This is not unconnected with their latest appearance together at the premier of his Unscripted reality show in Lagos. Everyone kept asking why Nadia,(not Keturah )was his date .

According to Nigerian Films, Jim Iyke’s image maker, Mitch Ngaman has denied any romantic liaison  between them. He said they are ‘best of buddies, they are not dating. Both share a lot of personal and emotional stuffs together, they are close but as at this moment, romance is out of the equation.”

Stella Damascus reacts to marriage rumors + shares photos of her birthday

Yesterday, it was reported Stella is secretly married to Doris Simeon's ex husband ,movie producer Daniel Ademinokan)..they now live in the USA and were spotted together at her birthday party yesterday. The backlash has been heavy considering he left his wife in 2011..Stella has reacted

Below
I have Been trending for the past two days now. Day one was about people wishing me well and praying for me on my birthday. Day two is now filled with gossip, scandals and all sorts, but that is as far as the so called journalists and bloggers are concerned. As far as I am concerned I had a blast on my birthday and I will not allow other human beings steal my joy regardless.

I choose to enjoy my life because I know I deserve it. Nobody went through my own trying times with me and I did not go through any with others.
When God decides to bless me, turn my mourning to dancing, turn my tears to laughter and turn my anger to happiness, no man on earth can change it or spoil it.

Truth is, I laughed when I saw some of the blogs and websites quoting and saying things they know absolutely nothing about. Writing things they have heard without concrete evidence, ghosts that cannot show their faces and ask direct questions. But they believe and think that they can wake up one day and decide people's fate and destiny.
Unfortunately they are made to feel important because people hate to read  positive things and achievements, but give them juicy gossip and all of a sudden you become the most popular writer who has gist on everybody.

I realized that when I write blogs and articles about important information, encouragement, education and positive things, only twenty percent out of a hundred actually read it and leave comments. The other eighty percent jump at the gossip and scandals and then start to ask me stupid questions. These are people who have not communicated with me in ages but all of a sudden they feel the need to profess undying friendship and a listening ear. The fact that they believe I have the time or energy to respond to the most trivial issues baffles me.

Let me repeat myself in case some of these people missed it. "I really do not care what you say or write, the truth is who God has blessed no man can curse" , and if you believe that trying to turn a wonderful birthday  into a global gossip game will make me feel bad then I am so sorry this Stella is not as stupid as you think"
